Construction is a pain.

Pain is physical. Pain is emotional.
The truth is, pain is both-always.
Here's the deal: our mind and body are so closely intertwined that pain is experienced physically AND emotionally.
Think about spraining your ankle on your dream vacation versus spraining your ankle in a job you hate. Same ankle sprain...yet totally different experience of pain.
This happens because pain is influenced by our environment, our body, and our emotions. You may not even be aware of this interconnectedness, however they always exist together. This is exactly why the strategies we'll work on together tackle the complexity of pain.
I have coached highly successful professionals for over a decade. They have struggled with things from chronic pain to divorce to debilitating self-doubt and more. I have seen this framework be successful for all of them - and I'm confident it will help you, too.
How do we do it?
This program is built around understanding and utilizing the four pillars of pain science (education, exercise, sleep, and goals) as well as the six focal points of Lifestyle Medicine (sleep, nutrition, movement, stress, social connectedness, and risky substances).
Through research-supported strategies that utilize the teachings of Pain Neuroscience Education, Mental Fitness, and Lifestyle Medicine, you'll understand your pain and be able to choose strategies to decrease your pain and increase your function. And this helps you build sustainable habits that will change your life for the better.
This program was created specifically to give you guidance, resources, and surprisingly simple strategies to help you shift towards becoming Chronically Painless
Learn from me, a Physical Therapist turned Pain Science Expert and Lifestyle Medicine Coach, through videos, live calls, exercises, and direct support.

Are you avoiding activities and events because of the fear of pain?
These are quite common and can often make your pain worse.
Stop chasing a way to "fix it" and choose the evidence to support you. Stop wasting hours trying to learn it all yourself because pain is complex and overwhelming.
Overcoming pain is NOT a solo journey.
Start living the life you've been wanting and deserve.

What is PQ?
PQ or Positive Intelligence by Shirzad Chamine centers on the concept of improving mental fitness by identifying and reducing the influence of negative self-talk or "Saboteurs," that undermine personal success and happiness as well as contribute to chronic pain. Chamine introduces the idea of the "Positive Intelligence Quotient" (PQ), which measures the ratio of time your mind serves you versus sabotages you. You will experience practical insights and exercises to strengthen the "Sage" brain, promoting resilience, positivity, and improved decision-making in both personal and professional life. AND - decreased pain.
What can I expect in the first month?
In the first month, we'll conduct personalized assessments to understand your unique pain experience and health status. You'll also explore your goals and envision your future with tools like the Saboteur Assessment and a Lifestyle Medicine assessment. This creates a program that will be unique to you.
What is the PQ program?
The PQ program is a renowned 8-week course focused on building mental fitness by shifting from a fear-based mindset to one of calm and confidence. It involves app-driven content and weekly group coaching sessions.
