The Pain To Gain Program

This program designed for those with chronic pain is the ideal mix of 1:1 coaching sessions, self-paced materials, exercises, group elements, and for-when-you-need-them resources. It's a 6-month program built by integrating Pain Science, Mental Fitness, and Lifestyle Medicine - all neatly wrapped into one transformative journey that will take you from chronic pain to lifetime gain.

Mental Fitness Training

This interactive 8-week program is administered through the Positive Intelligence network and app. It's designed to take your mind from the chaotic and unhelpful enemy it can be to your best friend. In short, this program is about building and maintaining mental fortitude to overcome your most stubborn challenges. It guides you to be in command of your own mind.

Throughout my years as a Licensed Physical Therapist, I've helped 1000's of clients work towards their goals while reducing (or eliminating) their pain - truly helping them become pain"less"!
